KMS Consulting of Finland (Key Management Services Consulting of Finland) is a senior level management and consultancy company, who together with its partners have more than 30 years experience in global telecom markets and setting up new telecom companies.

Harri Koponen - Chairman & CEO
Helge Raitanen - CTO
Harri is a senior telecom & technology executive and the current COO of Nortal AS and CEO of Nortal OY. He has more than 30 years of experience in information, telecom, and cyber technology companies, including Hewlett-Packard, Ericsson, TeliaSonera, and Tele2. Harri also has experience in the energy sector and gaming industry, where he is currently advisor and board member of Namida Diamond Factory.
Helge is a senior telecom & technology executive and Founder & Chairman of QROi Limited. During his 30 year-career, Helge has held various senior level positions in telecom operators, vendors, and telecommunications equipment organisations across Europe, CIS countries, Middle East & Africa and Asia. Prior to establishing QROi in 2011, he was Group CTO of TeliaSonera Eurasia.
Heikki Jaatinen - COO & CFO
Heikki has several years of experience in financial, legal, and management advisory work. He has been a partner of leading Nordic law firm, Hannes Snellman, for more than a decade prior to establishing his own management advisory firm Benada Ltd. Heikki also has extensive experience in cross-border transactions, having been an advisor for companies such as Google, Oracle, Apax Partners, and Nokia.
Satu Harkke - Partner
Satu is an international business strategist, mentor, and advisor with more than 35 years of professional experience at senior management level. She has extensive experience in strategic consulting, government relations, evaluation of growth opportunities, and sales & marketing. Satu has worked worldwide at start-up companies, international technology industries and service ventures.
Olli Tuohimaa - Legal Advisor
Olli is a senior telecom & legal practice executive and founder of OTT Advisory FZE. During his 30-year career, Olli has held various executive level positions in legal practice and telecom operator organisations worldwide. He has extensive experience in telecommunications regulatory matters, dispute resolution, M&A transactions, international joint ventures and fundraising.
Per Bilting - PMO
Per is a senior telecom & technology manager of QROi Limited. During his 30-year career, he has held various management and consulting positions in telecom operators, vendors, and telecommunications equipment organisations across Europe, North and South America, Caribbean, Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia.
